1What types of venues are available?
Our Videoconference equipment is fully modular – allowing setup in a cosy 2-person Interview Room, mid-sized team Meeting Room or for that impressive Boardroom meeting for up to 12 persons. Whether it’s for a private interview, training or seminar room, Corporate Serviced Offices’ environment and facilities are designed to be conducive to your video conferencing requirements.
2Which support facilities are available?
Our rooms are equipped with whiteboards, flipcharts, teleconference capable phones with speaker functions, LCD projections screens and high speed internet connections. Refreshments are complimentary from our pantry and additional equipment or services are also available on request.
3Is our pricing competitive?
We offer the lowest Videoconference rates in town with no scheduling fees – guaranteed. The room rental is charged for a minimum of 1 hour, and subsequently in 15 minute blocks. ISDN charges may apply for dial-outs in per minute blocks so you only pay for the actual time you use. Prices start from S$125 per hour.
4Do we charge for testing of the service?
No - a complimentary Videoconference trial test and scheduling fees are inclusive with your booking.
5What connection speeds are available?
Our equipment is highly versatile and support ISDN speeds of 128kb, 256kb, 384kb and 512kb. We also provide IP connections speeds up to 6 Mbps. You only pay charges for the actual capacity used.
6Is bridging available?
Yes - our equipment support up to 4-party multipoint video conferencing. And if you need to add more parties, we work with key partners to facilitate this.
Prices start from SGD 125 / SGD 750 / THB 5,000 per hour .
